How cute is this for an Arabian nights theme?
The client came in and together we designed the look for the one year olds first birthday party. The lady designed the way she wanted to dress her baby, considering what would be easy for her and most comfortable for baby. We looked through fabric off cuts and discussed colours.
Luckily, on one if my many fabric forays, I found a discounted remnant of luxurious stretch velvet from the Remnants Warehouse in Alexandria, just the right colour for our little Arabian Princess.
I took a copy of the baby’s jumpsuit to get the right size and then added a few details from my drawers of overflowing trims and braids.
And Ualla, a costume fit for a princess.
