The wardrobe department couldn’t find a fur headpiece to fit the script, so they ordered a fur and some glass eyes, and sent the materials to my workshop.
It was a strange experience. Normally I would use faux fur for my costumes.
I had to straighten out the ears, one was squashed flat to the head, and fluff him out a bit.
I glued and carved some foam pieces to give the head some structure, and then added some elastic ties to make the headpiece secure.
Many hours later… a wearable piece.
