A promotional company had ordered these Southpark costumes on line.
Unfortunately, the back was really skimpy and and the fronts were saggy and floppy.
They rang to see if i could reinforce the front with a layer of foam, and cover the back somehow, so they person inside didn’t look so exposed.

High density foam is often more expensive that you may expect. It can be light weight and firm and very effective. To attach it requires a heavy duty glue, a spraying booth – for best results in this case because the foam of the bought costumes was so flimsy – and room to lay out the pieces and stick together.

What was specifically being requested was not going to fit into the budget or time frame. I put everything aside and gave it some deep thought for half an hour…and then it came to me. A much cheaper solution with less mess.

I rang suppliers and headed out to get everything i needed immediately, for the promotion was scheduled before the end of the week! Luckily I was able to make it a priority.
