You read correctly, Agent Costume will be closed for 3 weeks, from Monday 12th March 2012, to 3rd April 2012.
As you may or may not know, Agent Costume is pretty much basically me, Elisa Marigold, with a few spares chucked in for good measure depending on the job at hand. Unfortunately I will be indisposed for 3 weeks and so that means the shop will also be closed for those three weeks.
The good news is it’s because I’m getting married!
and yes, I am making my own dress, and it WILL be finished soon!
One of the first things my fiancé said when I cooly and calmly responded with “YES! the answer is YES!” was something along the lines of “Uhm, can we please not have a fancy dress wedding?”
I laughed. Of course not. Though little does he know, there is a theme to this party, and the theme is….”WEDDING!”
HA!
No matter how hard we try, we just can’t escape it. Everyday is a theme.
Even if the theme is “wear what ever the advertising says in any given magazine or department store of choice shows us” or “wear the clothes your favorite musicain wears” or the theme is “Target” or “Myer” or “Sportsgirl” or Bird and Kite (I put bird and Kite in there because I LOVE the clothes this Bondi designer works diligently to produce, and you should check her out – she’s also one of the hottest fancy dressers around town too when she gets her party groove on) etc.
and for those who don’t care to choose their own clothes because it’s not important the theme is “wear what your mother bought you”
Incidently, that sounds like a new good theme for a party. ‘Wear what your mother gave you” or “My Grandma gave me this!” or “Help! my Mum dressed me!”
Now back to the issue at hand,
Agent Costume will be closed for 3 weeks, sorry for any inconvenience.
The good news is, on Tuesday April the 3rd, Agent Costume will back and trading as usual! YaY! SO be sure to write in with your requests then and get your promotional and party gear on!
